The BWRT® Coaching programme is an exciting and dynamic method combining the best of BWRT Level 1 and the best elements of two other outstanding Terence Watts concepts: Warriors, Settlers & Nomads and the unique SymbioDynamics® goal-achevement system.
The course pre-reading will ensure you can learn this astoundingly fast and powerful method to help everyone from individuals to corporations achieve their goals!
When you complete this two-day workshop, you will be able to put the material into practice the very next day, helping clients to achieve their aims and goals with M.A.G.I.C!:
In this workshop, you will learn how to use a structured approach that will allow you to provide anything from a single guidance session to an ongoing support programme for heads of companies, startups, enterpreneurs and CEOs looking to get the best out of the market place.
Even if you have never conducted a coaching programme before you will be able to use what you learn here straight away. The following important elements are covered in enough detail to get you up and running in no time:
To make the work even easier, you will learn how to use the supplied spreadsheet software to provide the most in-depth analysis of a client's personality and behavioural processes that you will have ever seen! This runs on either Windows or Mac computers but not on an iPad or other tablet computer - it's possible to use paper and pen instead, though you will have less complete information to work with.
The BWRT Coaching Diploma training will enable you to provide effective help with:
On completion of this course, you will receive a BWRT® Coach Diploma and be able to add to your BWRT® classification as follows:
Not in the least! When you enrol, you will receive the pre-course reading which will provide enough information for you to use the necessary elements of those two processes as confidently as if you have been using them for years. Not only that, you will discover that you can use each of them individually or together in a whole host of other situations. The only essential requirement is that you have completed Level 1 BWRT, since it is assumed that you are already familiar with that process and can use it confidently.
Yes you can! You get a detailed support manual as part of the training which you can refer to if you're uncertain of something or forget something that was taught in the workshop.
Unfortunatley not: It was originally supposed that it would be but the first training in October 2016 showed clearly that it really does need to be a classroom experience.
Of course! Skype/telephone or email support, as is usual with all our courses.
Not at all. The training and supplied material will provide you with everything you need to start using the programme straight away.
